Parsippany Police Launches New Website

Township police have launched a new website, Police Chief Michael Peckerman recently announced.

The site, which you can find at www.parpolice.com is filled with community information and interactive interfaces that assist the police department in helping the specific needs of neighborhoods within the township while still providing quality service to the township as a whole.

The new web page features information on services that the department has always offered such as car seat installation and home security surveys as well as easier to access forms such as Firearms Identification Applications.

Some of the new on-line submissible forms such as traffic enforcement requests for specific areas and crime tip information submission will assist the citizens and visitors to our community with easier direct access to the police department.

Also found at the site is a historical slide show of our department from its humble beginnings to the modern, state of the art force that we have become. Although it is already provides a broad view of the police department, more services and information will be added in the near future such as press releases and text and email notifications of current events within the township.
