Central Middle School
Central Middle School is a middle school with an attendance of over 950 students in grades six, seven and eight. It is staffed with over 111 teachers and other educational professionals. The school was built in 1928 and serves the central portion of Parsippany. Most of the students attend Parsippany High School after completing eighth grade. The school is currently being expanded to include a new wing.
Central Middle School is the oldest school in Parsippany, with the original structure dating back to 1928. Central presently has a student population of over 950 students which include families who speak Spanish, Mandarin, Gujarati, Farsi, Russian and others. Garrett Reisman attended Central Middle School from 1981 to 1982.
